Q: What does Fall Break camp cost?

The full Fall Break week is $250 for the 1st child, $240 for the 2nd, and $235 for the 3rd. Single days on September 4 and September 21 are $55 each. Drop-in days during the camp week are $55 per day. Extended care until 6:00 PM is an extra $40 for the week. Current GMA members get member pricing in person — call 731-324-3850 or stop by the gym to enroll.

Required Acknowledgments Medical Insurance. I confirm my child has medical insurance and will provide a copy of the insurance card to GMA before camp begins. Attendees must have medical insurance to attend. Liability Waiver. I acknowledge that GMA is not a daycare and that as with any physical sport activity there is a possible risk of serious injury or death. Gallatin Martial Arts Inc does not pay for any injuries or medical costs. I indemnify and hold harmless the school, all staff members, masters, instructors, owners, landlords, and directors from any legal actions resulting from injuries or liabilities related to camp participation or transportation. I authorize staff to call 911 and seek medical attention if needed. If my child is sick, I will pick them up immediately upon contact. Food & Allergy Policy. I understand that many children and adults have food allergies, and to prevent serious issues, GMA does not allow peanut products in the school or in any of its camps. If a person brings any peanut products, GMA will call the parent to bring a new lunch, or if that is not possible, will give the attendee an additional snack. No Refunds, No Credits. I understand there are no refunds and no credits for missed sessions or missed camp days. I am responsible for all weeks selected above whether or not my child attends. As a courtesy, if my child is sick GMA may move a camp date to another week if availability allows — no other credits or refunds will be given. If a parent misrepresents a child's condition and that child is written up or removed from camp for behavior or violent tendencies, there will be no refunds on any fees paid. Payment Authorization.
